Blackheads and Whiteheads
💥 Why does it happen?
When pores fill with sebum and dead skin, they become clogged, forming small bubbles. Those that come into contact with air oxidize and turn into blackheads, while those that don't turn into whiteheads, and are commonly seen on the nose, forehead, and chin.
🧼 How does it go?
Gently cleansing the skin morning and evening reduces buildup in pores. Cleansing the pores with a chemical peel (especially salicylic acid) or clay mask 1-2 times a week is very effective. Nose strips for blackheads may seem appealing, but they can irritate the skin in the long run. Regular care and patience are the key.
